My Summer Companion

These days, I've been spending lots and lots of time with Amelie. This is pretty much due to Mom's new calling as Relief Society President. She's pretty busy. Last night, Ethan had a swim meet, Dad had work..and the girls were at Girls Camp. Sooo...little bit and I went to play with Abbie (a.k.a. "Bobby"), her doggie Keeley, and her neighbor's pool.

As soon as we got in the car, she could hardly contain herself. She knew we were going to the doggie's house. (Turns out Amelie is quite the dog lover.) When we finally arrived, after five long minutes of anticipation... there was swimming, dancing, drinking.. (ya know. Apple Juice.)

Eventually it was time to go. It was "bye bye, doggie!" and "bye bye, Bobby!" and then we loaded up in the car. And I swear, before I even got in my seat and started it...
