A Note on the Cap'n:

This is an incident which happened a few days ago but which I am telling now because...I was reminded by the bowl of Captain Crunch sitting in front of me.

I loooove Captain Crunch! And Crunch Berries in particular. Seriously.

Anyway, a couple weeks ago (I said days, I lied), I was talking about Captain Crunch and how much I love it, and without actually having mentioned the phrase, "Captain Crunch," I lifted my hand to my forehead in salute and said, "I love the Cap'n."

Apparently, people say that about Captain Morgan. The alcoholic beverage. Ooops.

I also had a most embarassing, horrifically awkward moment on Friday- but I don't want to tell you about that, out of fear that the person who I unintentionally did a not-so-nice thing to that was horrifically awkward will read this one day, find out who I am and where I live, and cast sweet revenge. (It wasn't really that bad, but for now, I'm done writing and I just want to eat my cereal.)

Irony and Forgiveness?

I did promise a post every Sunday- and, though I posted Friday, Saturday, and now Monday, I did miss Sunday...can we attribute that to irony and forget that I am an unaccountable, blasphemous blogger? Please?

AH.

Anyway, there are officially sixteen instructional days left of my first semester at BYU, not including finals week. Good news: instructional days will be over before my birthday. Bad news: I will probably spend a lot of my birthday studying for my Chemistry exam on Friday.

Thanksgiving this year will be a conglomeration of Washington, D.C., Richmond, and two of my most favorite men: Evan and Lincoln. Wooop I am SO EXCITED! We're going to go see Ford's Theater, which I've been to once but am so excited to see again! If you've never been, it's something for the radar.

Also, we're going to try Georgetown Cupcakes- firstly because Rodrigo talked about them and made it sound cute and fun and THEN, Heather basically raved on them till I was just about certain we couldn't miss it!

One week and threee (or two-ish) days! Four more Chemistry classes, two more papers, and...lots of antsy nights!
