Brown bear, brown bear, what do you see?

I see a black bear lookin' at me!

Sunday, my family drove to Ellijay to visit our adopted grandparents. I wish I had pictures! They just bought a new cabin up there, in the mountains, and the area is breathtaking. We ate dinner up there and stayed with them for most of the day. On the drive home, the sun was setting, and we drove down the mountain through a total world of green. Trees, trees, trees, a hundred feet tall, and fully bloomed out in leaves. The sun was bright orange, and fireflies were just beginning to twinkle around the brush.

And if all of that wasn't enough, we stopped the car twice to let black bear cubs cross the road!

God is in nature, folks. And I'm so glad to be home.
