Hmmmm. It's been blissful.
Well, it's been blissful up until the last five-or-six-ish hours...because that's when Evdawg left, and I became rather...sad. Sigh.
Anyway, here's a little recap of what I did this week. I:
-Took my first one-way plane trip..in sandals!
-Visited Richmond's Holocaust Museum, and Canal Walk- and thereby saw the remnants of an old bridge destroyed in the Civil War, and smelled the James River..pheeew.
-Went surprise dress shopping...with my boyfriend. Turns out, this was pretty fun.
-Got to dress Ev up like a Barbie doll, in a pastel green button up that left the store with us :]
-Saw the midnight premier of Dark Shadows. Yep..we were two of um..probably seven people in the theater.
-Visited Virginia Beach. New swimsuit, lost sunglasses, and..A SURPRISE FERRIS WHEEL RIDE?! (Sidenote: I have saved my first ferris wheel ride for a date. And I informed Evan of this like..three months ago. And then, I forgot it, and he didn't...which makes him the BEST!)
-Bought matching "Virginia is for Lovers" shirts with Ev :D
-Went to Krispy Kreme! Did not get free donuts...bummer.
-Roadtripped! Richmond to Atlanta, with a lunch date in Chapel Hill...and matching shirts. best. day. EVER.
-Partied at Megan's.
-Went on a walk through some trails, and had a long talk on a bench swing by a creek.
-Danced in the middle of the cul-de-sac, after dark. Spins, dips, and skills.
-Got to be with my mom on Mother's Day. :]
-Had lunch with Uncle Rob.
-Saw a 4-week-old fetus...and the Bodies exhibit. And the Titanic exhibit.
-Went swimmmmmmin. (This time, in a pool.)
-Visited Marietta Square, and angered the store clerk at Eddies after requesting (for Evan) the largest pirate hat they had..
-Ate wings! For the first time. MMMM.
-Went to my sisters' band concerts.
-Made a late run to the Marietta Diner, sat next to my boofren in the booth and got WAY more food than we ordered. And then, felt pretttty sick!
-Drove, drove, drove and drove.
-Made and ate: orange rolls, homemade mac and cheese, semi-Chigago style hot dogs, and Mrs. Fields cookies...YUM.
-Sneezed. A lot.
-Fell asleep during 10-15ish movies.
-Kissed boyfriend goodbye, and cried about it a little (a lot) and then... watched VD with Abbie, and some Half-baked Ben and Jerry's.
